Custom development starts from a range announced at scoping — fixed scope and fixed price, or a dedicated team billed monthly. Our SaaS products are on a per-site subscription. Detailed ranges are on the Pricing page: we do not hide prices.
We do. Hosting in France or the European Union, monitoring, tested daily backups, ongoing development. We operate what we build — under the same operating agreement as our own products.
Yes — it is one of our most requested services: a spreadsheet that became critical, software abandoned by its vendor, an ageing internal tool. We migrate the data, rebuild in stages, and the business keeps running throughout.
Scoping takes one to two weeks and ends with a costed scope. After that the product advances in two-week iterations with a demo each cycle: you see the first usable screen within weeks, not at the end of the project.
For custom development, yes: the code, the data and the documentation are yours, and it is written into the contract. For our SaaS products you are a subscriber; your data remains yours and can be exported.
